Of course we are well known for our Famous ALL YOU CAN EAT Country Breakfast Buffet and Family Style Fish Fry but did you know about our Delicious BBQ? It's becoming a popular favorite! Our BBQ is slowly smoked over oak and pecan wood for HOURS till there is a dark pink smoke ring around the perimeter making it the most tender and tasty around! Our family style dining room can seat 100 people (now that's a BIG family!) and our outdoor patio comfortably seats 300. Come and have your next event with us. big groups are always welcome at Barrett Junction. Did we mention we have a full bar? There is always something new to see at Barrett Junction Cafe and Mercantile Take a look around your sure to find something new every visit. When you first enter you will be in the original part of the restaurant, this little cafe area was where it all began, The Barrett Room is a quonset hut that was added after the 2nd world war. There are LOTS of unusual items and antiques lining the walls and counters, the antique ice box and old phone behind the counter are still in perfect working order. If your just passing through on your way to or returning from Tecate Mexico or Barrett Lake and all points east make sure you stop in for a cold drink and ice for the cooler. We can make your food order "to go" or sit down, relax with the friendly people at Barrett Junction while you knock back a cold one and enjoy our extensive menu.
